My last three wash days have been quite uneventful to
say the least; same old same old. I have been slacking in the deep conditioning
department these last three weeks need to up my game in that area. It’s down to
sheer laziness to be honest. My wash days have been so simple shampoo hair when
taking a shower, leave rinse out conditioner in for one to three minutes rinse
off, t-shirt blot dry, apply leave ins, oil scalp as needed, braid, blow dry on low
heat while in four jumbo braids and then bun the next day; I am still living
the bun life they are just the easiest styles to do when pressed for time. My new
growth is crazy we are at that point where detangling is becoming a chore,
thank goodness for conditioners with great slip! So I guess I am due for a
touch up if I don’t end up long term protective styling I haven’t decided yet
which route to take.
In product news move over Crème of Nature Argan Oil Strength
and Shine leave in conditioner enter Dove Hair Nourishing Oil Care Leave in Spray. This
leave in which I use as a triple leave in conditioner/braid spray and
occasional spray on moisturizer is the truth! Beautiful scent, plenty of
natural oils in the mix, I simply love how it leaves my hair feeling and
smelling too:)

The Dove leave-in conditioner looks intriguing. I didn't know that Dove makes hair products as well!
ReplyDeleteThe only haircare range from Dove that I knew about was shampoos and conditioners but it seems they are now branching into other hair products as well. This leave in is really good highly recommend it.

DeleteI am trying to get caught back up here! I need to know the progress of all my hair buddies! I always feel the same about my wash days, same ole same ole. ha ha! So that Dove is pretty good huh? I had been wondering about their products. I'm super interested in the Dove Quench line, but afraid to spend the money and get let down. I need to use up soem stuff first. I have gone overboard with the PJism!! LOL Can't wait see your next relaxer update!
