Just another regular wash day. I shampooed with this shampoo
one of my aunt’s gave me called Miss Beauty it’s made in South Africa. I would
not recommend it I think I will give it back to her or something. I realized
much later that it is actually a neutralizing colour indicator shampoo as well.
It does not lather well, quite flat, has no scent I had to pump the bottle
several times to get a good lather so no thank you I will not be using it
again. The packaging was not appealing to me for lack of a better word but I
have been disappointed by products in beautiful appealing packaging before so I
usually try not to let the packaging dissuade me from purchasing or trying out
a product. That being said manufacturers please bear in mind that packaging is
it, so make sure that your product actually does what it says and comes in an
appealing packaging as well; human beings are very visual the better the
packaging the more inclined they are to want to try it out. Shampoo done I
conditioned with Organics conditioner as usual; I am hooked on this conditioner
I need to switch it up for my next wash before it gets too used to my hair. I
haven’t gotten round to doing a proper deep conditioning treatment with
products meant for that specific purpose since my touch up. Been running up and
down, job hunting, running errands etc so I just let the regular conditioner
sit on my hair for a little while before rinsing out.
So I am sitting here post t-shirt blotting, air drying
my hair as I type this post. Honestly the way this conditioner leaves my hair
feeling I don’t see the need to apply any leave in conditioner post rinsing so
I simply applied coconut oil to seal in the moisture and let it air dry that
way. My hair feels as soft as a feather pillow seriously. Since it is early
evening my time I will just leave the scalp oiling with my amla/castor oil mix and
moisturizing for tomorrow; I have done it this way severally and my hair is
still usually soft and feeling moisturized the next morning. And now I am hungry so off to make some veggie
stir fried noodles and then resume my job applications, till next time ladies
adios! And it just hit me that today is my actual 3yr blog anniversary! Happy anniversary Crowning Glory many more to come:)
I have taken a mental picture of that shampoo so I can stay away from it whenever I see it this side :).

DeleteNow I don't feel so bad for skipping my DC but I didn't even use a rinse out either. I have to do at least one or the other from now on. Oh and I totally agree with you about product packaging. It does draw you in. Your hair is looking so soft and healthy girl. Keep doing what you're doing, Lydz!! :)
