Hair News Round up!



Happy New Year folks I can’t believe we are already 9 days into the New Year can time just slow down a little bit please! Here is your new year’s dose of hair news making rounds on the internet. Enjoy!

What would you do if your child came home with a hair style different from the one you sent them to school with?
Well a teacher recently took her student's hair into her own hands, and posted a picture of the child before and after she styled her hair in the classroom. In the caption she explained that the little girl's hair looked like "it hadn’t been touched the entire holiday break". The photo is getting a mixed response.

AUSTIN — Texas laws that regulate businesses that teach African hair braiding are unconstitutional and do not advance public health and safety or any other legitimate government interest, a federal judge ruled.
Isis Brantley, a Dallas woman who runs a hair braiding business inside a Dallas community center, sued the state in 2013, saying laws related to her school were unreasonable and unconstitutional.Click here to read more...
