My last three wash days have been quite uneventful to
say the least; same old same old. I have been slacking in the deep conditioning
department these last three weeks need to up my game in that area. It’s down to
sheer laziness to be honest. My wash days have been so simple shampoo hair when
taking a shower, leave rinse out conditioner in for one to three minutes rinse
off, t-shirt blot dry, apply leave ins, oil scalp as needed, braid, blow dry on low
heat while in four jumbo braids and then bun the next day; I am still living
the bun life they are just the easiest styles to do when pressed for time. My new
growth is crazy we are at that point where detangling is becoming a chore,
thank goodness for conditioners with great slip! So I guess I am due for a
touch up if I don’t end up long term protective styling I haven’t decided yet
which route to take.

leave in which I use as a triple leave in conditioner/braid spray and
occasional spray on moisturizer is the truth! Beautiful scent, plenty of
natural oils in the mix, I simply love how it leaves my hair feeling and
smelling too:)
